COVID-19 Safety Regulations: In view of the current situation, each lesson is limited to 1 participant. Other safety measures will also be put in place, complying with the latest government regulations.

 

How to request a service

  1. WhatsApp us at +65 9238 8110 and state the service you require.
  2. In your message, provide a short description and photo(s) of your item(s) requiring servicing. Tell us what had gone wrong and what had been done. The information will help us to evaluate better. 
  3. Arrange to send your item(s) to our shop
  4. Upon your service request, an estimated quotation will be sent via WhatsApp. Note that we can only provide an estimated fee. The final fee will be made known to you after our evaluation, before work commencement. 

 

Note

  • Each service could take 1 – 4 months, subject to the type and amount of work involved. Express service is available should you need that come with a cost.
  • Value-added services such as touch-up and cleaning are provided for free.
  • In general, restoration, repair, paint and repaint would involve dismantling of your toy(s), removal of old paint, sanding, filing, replacement of parts and/or any necessary action to perform the task. Some parts might be costly or impossible to find. 
  • Our primary objective is to restore your toys as much as possible to its original condition or as per agreed. We will not be responsible for any loss of value in the process of servicing your toy(s).
